Tasting Notes
Part of a unique Pinot series, the Rhythmes Circulaires is made in a traditional old-world style, with some whole clusters added to the ferment, and just a touch of oak is used in the production. The result is stunning, mineral, and sweet-fruited on the nose, the palate is full, with classic earthen elements and ripe bing cherry.
