A very fun wine to pair with, the Solazzo will do wonderfully on its own, but will shine beside flavorful seafood preparations like Frito Misto, a herb-spiked shrimp ceviche, or whole roasted trout stuffed with lemon and rosemary.
Tasting Notes
A highly unique sparkling rosé from the misty hills around Lake Garda, the Solazzo opens with distinct notes of unripe cherry, Italian plum, and just a hint of herbal green. On the palate, the wine is bright, crystalline, and pure, with those initial intimations on the nose coming to fruition, along with small, pearlescent bubbles, and a crisp finish.
