TASTING NOTES
A rosé that showcases the bright ripe florals, strawberry, and watermelon that only rosé can bring, the palate is zesty and bright, with the same bright fruits, and a mote of herbal green, before moving to a brisk, mineral finish.

FOOD PAIRING
Perfect as an aperitif, the Passavant Rosé will be excellent with raw scallops with wasabi, pan con tomate, or a lightly-seared snapper filet.
