About as classical as Provence rosé gets (though with a notable second gear), the Mongestine opens with notes of unripe strawberry, salty seabreeze, and a touch of flinty minerality, moving to a satisfying, refreshing palate reflecting the same vintage rosé notes, with a crisp, lip-tingling finish.
