Tasting Notes
Cinsault is one of our favorite red grapes for its delectably floral aroma, and its fresh strawberry flavor. From one of France's southern corners, the Triballe Cinsault opens with a bit of these pink flowers, along with strawberry preserves, and just a touch of hard herbs. On the palate, strawberry and cherry are present, with a deep core of fruit, and a tart, barely-tannic finish.
