TASTING NOTES
A great example of the diversity of Bordeaux's white wines, the Sentout Blanc is a richer, waxier side of Bordeaux Blanc. Opening with notes of salty minerality, white peach, and a touch of golden apple on the nose, the palate is broad and intense with the same white and yellow fruits combining elegantly against a stony mineral backdrop.

FOOD PAIRING
A great wine to pair with for its depth and richness, the Sentout Blanc will be pitch-perfect beside a mediterranean-spiced roast chicken, grilled prawns with chili butter, or a sungold tomato salad.
