Tasting Notes
Vincent Caillé is a master of Muscadet's signature grape, Melon de Bourgogne, utilizing extended lees contact in large, room-sized concrete tanks to tease out all the nuance and terroir of this uniquely delicious grape. The Fief Seigneur opens with layered notes of lemon curd and biscuit dough , along with a distinct chalky minerality, moving to a palate with full citrus fruit. brisk acidity, and a creamy, memorable finish.
