The classic pairing with Muscadet is a plate of raw oysters, and the Hymne de Melon will certainly sing beside half-shells, although, the wine is broad enough to stand up to other cooked seafood preparations like grilled lobster with chili butter, or scallops simply seared with butter and fresh herbs.

The Hyme de Melon showcases the Burgundian minerality and ripe citrus that only the best Muscadet exhibits, moving to a crisp palate with the same layers of lemon and mineral, with a bright, glassy finish.</p>
