Tasting Notes
A highly unique white from the limestone shores of Southern Sicily, the Cala Iancu opens with distinctive notes of seabreeze and yellow flowers, while the palate is full on entry with some lovely white fruits, it finishes with lots of food-friendly acidity, and distinctive, salty minerality.
