Tasting Notes
Perched high above the coastal plains of eastern Spain, the Macabeo grapes of Manchuela benefit from sun-soaked days and cool, breezy nights. The result is an orange wine that walks the line between brightness and depth. It opens with a floral lift more typical of a white wine, followed by aromas of orange rind and apricot. On the palate, the texture is generous, with a mouthfeel that carries the wine’s subtle tannins and mineral streak through to a clean, lightly spiced finish.
