TASTING NOTES
A blend of three signature Rhône grapes that have now dug their roots into South African wine culture, the Koringplaas opens with lush cherry, and blueberry undergirded by a strong meaty Syrah streak. On the palate, the wine continues these generous fruit elements, unfolding into many layers of ripe and tart fruits with a lush, mineral finish.

FOOD PAIRING
A pitch-perfect wine for anything that comes off the grill, the Koringplaas will be excellent with lamb chops and chimichurri, marinated beef kabobs, or fire-grilled mushrooms.
