2024 Longavi Rosé

TASTING NOTES
A very subtle rosé from Chile, this is hardly the wildly effusive and fruity style that you'll find in the South of France. Instead, the Longavi opens with subtle notes of pink fruit, and mineral freshness, moving to a palate that's a bit nervier than most rosé with light tannin, and the same pure pink fruit.

FOOD PAIRING
Although this wine will be lovely on its own, it really unlocks beside food. Try it beside light seafood appetizers like scallop or salmon crudo, grilled shrimp with chili butter, or roasted leeks in a flavorful broth.
