TASTING NOTES
A lovely example of Viognier done in a lighter, fresher style, the Craven rendition of this celebrated Rhône grape opens with textbook notes of yellow flowers, honeysuckle, and citrus, while the palate is brisk and bright, with a deep core of orchard and citrus fruit, and a lively finish.

FOOD PAIRING
Viognier is an excellent pairing partner thanks to its fuller body, and delicate florals, and this wine will perform very well beside rich seafood dishes like Sol Meuniere, or grilled oysters with chili butter, as well as hearty vegetable fare like ratatouille.
