Tasting Notes
The Bobal grape is hardly world-renowned, but it is highly important to the history of Spanish wine, particularly in the middle of the country. Now, these very old, dry-farmed vineyards produce concentrated berries perfect for rosé. The '24 Hoya del Carmen opens with notes of freshly-picked strawberry, tense minerality, and a touch of soft herbs, moving to a palate that's full and rich for rosé, and will continue to develop over the next year.
