Pairing
A versatile partner for roast poultry, grilled sausages, burgers, charcuterie, pizza, and roasted vegetables. Its juicy fruit and savory character also make it a natural match for dishes with herbs and earthy flavors.
Tasting Notes
This expressive Swartland red, made from 85% Cinsault and 15% Syrah, opens with fragrant florals and herbal notes over tart red and purple fruit. The palate is juicy and savory, with ripe plum, blackberry, and red cherry alongside a mineral edge and a gentle tannic grip. Light on its feet but with plenty of character, it has a fresh, Beaujolais-inspired style.
