The Wines...

2024 Domaine Jourdan La Vie Est belle
Tasting Notes
A wine that Dry Farm Wines has imported year after year after year, "La vie est belle," or, "life is beautiful," indeed when sipping on this sublime rosé. Coming from the Cabernet Franc grape, the nose introduces appealing notes of red berries, and currants, with just a touch of herbal complexity that teases like mint in a watermelon salad. On the palate, it's soft, and lush, yet refreshing, a perfect prologue to a sunny summer.
Food Pairing
Rosé is often best enjoyed on its own, and while the "La Vie est Belle," will make a fabulous aperitif, its soft fruit notes, and inherent herbaceousness make it a great pairing for salads with bitter greens and cheese, grilled chicken with chimichurri, or a zesty shrimp ceviche.

2024 Tasi Rosé
Tasting Notes
A great example of a rosé that's plenty of fun but still takes itself seriously, the Tasi Rosé opens with bright notes of strawberry, and pink flowers, while the palate is deep and mineral with superb tension, and a zippy, mouth-watering finish.
Food Pairing
A lovely rosé to plot pairings with, the Tasi will be delightful beside light seafood appetizers like scallop crudo or shrimp cocktail, it will be excellent beside summer vegetable salads starring veggies like tomato and zucchini too.

2023 Magnético Rosé
Tasting Notes
The Pinot vines for this wine were planted after Thiago, the winemaker, returned home to Portugal after oenology studies in Oregon where he fell in love with the grape. The wine opens with trademark Pinot notes of cherries and soft herbs, while on the palate, these fruits are confirmed in a tart, refreshing form.
Food Pairing
Both great as an aperitif and as a gastronomic rosé, the Magnético will pair very well with vegetarian appetizers like gazpacho, or pan con tomate, or light protein like grilled shrimp.
