We partner with artisan growers from world-renowned regions, and each is vetted to meet strict criteria, including no pesticides, no irrigation, only non-GMO yeasts, and a prohibition on commercial additives.

Tasting Protocol

Every wine must successfully pass four tastings along its lifecycle by our Tasting Council. Any wine that doesn't meet our standards is held in our cellar and is only offered at its peak drinkability.
