NV Famille Moltès Les Chais Saint-Antoine Crémant d'Alsace

TASTING NOTES
It's hard to beat Crémant d'Alsace for plain old charm, and this bottle from Domaine Moltès has it in spades. Opening with light notes of biscuit dough, candied lemon peel, and butterscotch, the palate is bright and zippy with the same mélange of bakery notes and citrus, and small, crisp perlage.

FOOD PAIRING
Just a lovely way to start a party, the Moltès Crémant is a superior aperitif, but will be excellent beside raw seafood like salmon tartare or raw oysters, and the famous Alsatian Tarte Flambée.
