It's hard to beat seafood and sparkling wine, and this is no exception. This Cava will shine next to raw preparations like scallop crudo, or aguachile, or oysters, but will also be very lovely with richer preparations like trout and brown butter, or roasted tomatoes with olive oil.
Tasting Notes
An easy, fabulous sparkler from the place that does Champagne-method sparkling better than anywhere else in Spain (and definitely one of the best in the world).
