Among some of the finest terroir of Burgundy lies Romane Canon, a winery founded in 2009 as a young entrant in this historic place. Canon’s reds and whites have quickly captured the attention of sommeliers around the world for their transcendent purity, uncannily tasting like wild fruit out of a sun-warmed cherry tree or bramble bush.
