2018 Entre Vinyes Funambul Brut Nature Cava Rosé
Tasting Notes
A classic example of sparkling rosé, marrying the bready, more savory flavors of a white sparkling with just a touch more ripe fruit. This bottle opens with light intimations of strawberries and cream, while the first sip is full of pink fruit, and a lovely mousse of mouth-filling bubbles.
Food Pairing
Sparkling rosé plays much the same way that a white sparkling would, although it can accompany some richer dishes too. This wine is going to be excellent beside a parade of salty Spanish pintxas, heftier fish like salmon or sole, and roasted vegetables.

2021 Le Fief Noir Contact
Tasting Notes
One of the most approachable orange wines that we've come across, this lovely skin-contact Chenin Blanc from Le Fief Noir has vintage notes of orange blossom and black tea, along with just a touch of earthy spiciness. A great initiation into this exciting new wine category, this is a great bottle to share with friends who might've never heard of orange wine, or those that already love it.
Food Pairing
This orange wine would pair wonderfully with roasted chicken and smashed potatoes, a nice pork chop with stewed apples and mustard, or a stuffed eggplant. Think meaty preparations, but not red meat.

2022 Le Fief Noir La Cueillette Des Oiseaux
Tasting Notes
The Pineau d’Aunis grape is known for making red wines with an ethereal brightness and a unique pepperiness. The Cueillette des Oiseaux hits all the marks. Opening with some of those light peppery notes, along with light candied strawberry and a touch of earth, the palate is a flight of ripe raspberry, clay earth, and a minor tannic exclamation.
Food Pairing
This wine is perfectly suited to enjoy on its own. It will also be delightful beside lighter protein-forward appetizers. Yakitori skewers, a peppery beef tartare, or a beet salad with mustard will all be excellent.

2022 Domaine de la Cotelleraie Touraine
Tasting Notes
This Touraine Sauvignon Blanc is a classic representation of its terroir, and even smells a bit like the nearby Atlantic. Aromas of zesty citrus, freshly-cut grass, and sea air greet the nose. On the palate, it shines with vibrant acidity, delivering flavors of crisp green apple and grapefruit. A quintessential example of Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, refreshing and true to its heritage.
Food Pairing
The zestiness of this wine makes it a great partner for seafood - enjoy it beside a tuna or swordfish steak with rosemary, a salmon tartare, or a plate of lemony grilled vegetables.

2022 'Wild Nature' Pinot Grigio
Tasting Notes
Pinot Grigio is one of the most popular grapes in the country. With its subtle aromas of stone fruit and white flowers, and easygoing palate with modest acidity, it's an easy wine to love. This biodynamic Pinot Grigio from Wild Nature takes it to another level, with notes of fresh herbs, peaches, and a touch of saline. Enjoy this bright, effusive white year round.
Food Pairing
A great wine to enjoy on its own, the acidity in this Pinot Grigio makes it a lovely match for richer seafood dishes, like Sole Meuniere or Trout Amandine. Salads with a touch of creaminess, like a Caesar, will also be spectacular.
