Our second movement brings us to the sun-kissed slopes of Penedès, amongst the vines of a man named Pere Mata. Farming just five hectares by hand, the wines of Eco e Narciso are reminiscent of the original mission of Cava’s father, Spaniard Josep Raventós – to create Champagne in Spain. 

In this 2023 Rosado, we see this mission on full display. Fresh strawberries and raspberries come together with crystalline minerality and a touch of Champenoise bread dough.
