Florian André of Château Manissy is one of the most promising growers in the Southern Rhône, and it's clear that the man has mastered Grenache from the moment you stick your nose in the glass. With purple flowers, rosemary, and pure sweet-fruited nose, the palate delivers the power you'd expect from a place that gets so much sunshine. The wine's texture is forceful, and compelling, with lots of body, a lick of tannin, and a long finish.
