From one of the esteemed "cru" villages of Beaujolais, this Moulin à Vent presents some of the richness and robustness that have made Moulin a marquis name in Beaujolais. Opening with notes of candied cherry, a touch of balsamic, and some fresh earth, the palate is full and assertive, with tarter red fruit, and a long, mineral finish.
