Tasting Notes
A textbook wine from the South of France or around the Rhone Valley, the Vin de Soif is by its definition, a wine for straightforward pleasure. Opening with a nose of dark, ripe plums, and a touch of herbal woodsiness, the palate is weighty up front with the same dark fruits, while the finish is long and supple wiht light tannins.
