TASTING NOTES
Le Rêveur, or "the Dreamer," is in many ways the culmination of years of arduous work in the vineyards and wineries between Alexis Soulas and Dominique Sirot. With a deep, red color in the glass, the power of this wine is evident even on the eye. Opening with notes of ripe red cherry, red and black currant, and a touch of clove, the palate reflects those same ripe fruits, just a bit darker, with a touch of slaty earth. The tannins are present, but hardly overbearing, and promises the wine will age gracefully if layed down. Enjoy in a tall Bordeaux stem. Drink now to 2028.
