Tasting Notes
A contemporary classic in the convivial world of Beaujolais, Jean Paul Brun's "Le Ronsay" opens with trademark Beaujolais notes of ripe red and purple fruit with a distinctive smoky, slaty element, the palate confirms all of these flavors, but shows the depth, layers, and delicacy that only a trained hand can tease. On the finish, the tannins are perceptible, but light, and eminently food-friendly.
