Tasting Notes
We adore the wines of Pech d'André because they really are crafted with the intention of enjoying with food. The L'Estive opens with dominant notes of dark plums, black cherry, and even a bit of fig, moving to an assertive palate with back-to-front tannins, a unique earthy mineral streak, and a powerful finish.
