A great wine for Italian classics like a risotto milanese, or a tagliatelli with ragù, the Tasi has enough oomph to stand up to lighter grilled proteins like a pork shoulder steak, or a whole smoked chicken too.
Tasting Notes
Valpolicella will always be one of our favorite places to source wine, the wines have a mix of generous fruit, power, and depth that will always be appealing. On the nose, the Tasi Valpolicella opens with notes of ripe bing cherry, some stewed plum, moving to a palate that is a bit more unripe, but refreshing, with long, developed tannins, and a mineral finish.
