Tasting Notes
A Pinot Noir that expertly balances intensity and delicacy, the Fossilis opens with ripe red underripe cherry, a mote of forest and mushroom, moving to a palate of the same explosive cherry fruit, but a tense mineral streak, and a full, but soft palate.
