The Wines...

2023 Château Ferran Saint-Pierre Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes
Lifted aromas of red currant, black cherry, cigar box, and graphite give a classic, quietly confident introduction. The palate is bright and polished, with ripe red fruit at the core and a thread of sweet tobacco woven throughout. There’s a natural ease to the structure of this red: well-knit, seamless, and composed. A refined Cabernet with freshness at its heart and just enough savory detail to ground the fruit.
Food Pairing
Suited to grilled lamb chops, roast duck with cherries, or a lentil and mushroom stew. The wine’s balance of brightness and depth also complements aged cheddar, rosemary-roasted vegetables, or a simple steak frites.

2024 Weinkontor Pflüger Fossilis Chardonnay
Tasting Notes
A fresh and focused expression of Chardonnay from limestone soils. The nose offers red and green apple with a delicate lift of orange blossom and alovely honeyed floral note. On the palate, the wine is taut and steely with high acidity and no perceptible oak. Clean lines, brisk movement, and a mineral edge define this lean and refreshing bottling.
Food Pairing
Perfect with raw oysters, shaved apple and fennel salad, or grilled trout with lemon. The wine’s bright profile also complements young cheeses, steamed greens, or simple rice dishes with fresh herbs.

Clos Bissardon Les Amandilliers Moulin-à-Vent
Tasting Notes
Elegant and restrained, the 2023 Clos Bissardon Les Amandilliers captures the structure and depth that define Moulin-à-Vent. Aromas of violet, black cherry, and crushed stone lead to a taut palate of dark fruit and fine-grained tannins. Focused and mineral, it lingers with quiet power and poise.
Food Pairing
Its depth and tension pair beautifully with roasted duck, lentil stew, or wild mushroom risotto. The wine’s firm structure and dark fruit also complement aged cheeses or herb-roasted lamb.

2023 Domaine Cinq Chemins A Time For White Flowers
Tasting Notes
Chenin Blanc will forever be one of our favorite grape varieties - of course, not every Chenin is great, but when it sings, it's one of the world's most unique and satisfying whites. This bottling from Chenin's home in Saumur opens with delicate notes of ripe citrus, salty minerality, and yes, a touch of white flower, while the palate opens with lush fruit, but quickly moves to a focused, intense finish that leaves you wanting more.
Food Pairing
For most white wines from the Loire, raw shellfish is usually a great option, but in this instance, just cooked seafood may be a bit better. Grilled oysters with chili butter and seasoned breadcrumbs, lightly-seared scallops with beurre blanc, or a grilled lobster will all be fabulous, and almost any lighter vegetarian preparation.

Tasting Notes
A whisper of sea breeze and citrus greets the senses in the 2024 Villa Noria Picpoul de Pinet. Zesty lemon and green apple mingle with notes of white flowers and a hint of almond, all lifted by the grape’s hallmark saline minerality. Lively yet softly rounded, it captures the sun-soaked freshness of Languedoc’s coastal terroir with effortless charm.
