Tasting Notes
A one-of-a-kind blend from perhaps Monferrato's most innovative winery, the Ta-Da takes the familiar flavors of Pinot Noir and combines them with the rustic red Grignolino and the bright, near-extinct white grape, Baratuciat, to excellent effect. Opening with notes of freshly cracked black pepper, ripe Italian plums, and a touch of sweet grapefruit, the palate is gossamer and delicate with the same juicy fruit and spices, and a lovely, subtle structure.
