Tasting Notes
La Dolce Scienza, or "sweet science," is an homage to Emilio Fidora's obsession with boxing, and his fierce defense of organic viticulture and winemaking across Europe. The wine opens with a flurry of blackberry and plum, with just a touch star anise, moving to a palate that's punchy and full-fruited, with a touch of earth, and long, fine-grained tannins.
